UK delivery is free of charge. Items in stock are usually dispatched within 24 hours. If not in stock, items are made to order and take approximately 15 working days. After we receive purchase confirmation you will be contacted with an accurate delivery date.
All items will be sent, fully insured, using Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Service which guarantees delivery before 1pm the next working day.
International delivery is not currently available through the website, please contact us if by email if you wish to place an international order.

Click & Collect
If you prefer you may collect your item from one of our Yorkshire stockists. Please select this option when you checkout. You will be notified by email when your item is ready. A photographic ID will be required on collection.
Your item comes beautifully wrapped in our luxurious bespoke Michael Isaac packaging. We also include your very own brochure detailing how your particular item was brought to life from concept to creation along with a certificate of authenticity, a valuation certificate and any relevant laboratory diamond grading reports.
Michael Isaac adheres to the highest standards in customer care and satisfaction by providing you with a one year manufacturer’s warranty. Your warranty covers your jewellery against manufacturing defects. In the rare case that a manufacturing defect occurs, we will always seek to put it right under the following conditions:
The item is returned with the signed and dated warranty card along with original receipt of purchase.
Your jewellery defect is not the result of any accidental wear and tear.
Your item has had no further work, (sizing, claw re-tipping) from any third party jewellers.
We hope you take as much pleasure in your Michael Isaac jewellery as we had in creating it, however if you decide that you would prefer to exchange or return your item(s), we will accept goods returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery.
We do not issue returns on items that have been worn. We recommend that you inspect your item thoroughly before removing tags and disposing of the original packaging.
Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds on items that have been made to order or items which have been customised in any way, this includes re-sizing and engraving.
The cost of any unworn, undamaged items, correctly returned in their original packaging, will be credited to the debit or credit card used in the original purchase.
How do I return an item?
Items may be returned in person to one of our stockists, or by post. Once you have confirmed in writing your request to return or exchange your item we will contact you with all the relevant information.
Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
