Can I place an order over the phone?
Unfortunately we are unable to accept payments over the phone, however we are happy to reserve an item for you and process the payment in your chosen stockist on collection. Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
You do not need to create an account to place an order, however, we recommend that you do as this allows you to manage your orders and makes re-ordering a lot easier. By creating an account you’ll be able to review your order history. What method is used to ship my goods?
All orders are shipped by Royal Mail’s Special Delivery insured service and a signature will be required upon receival of your item(s). Click here to find out more about our delivery service.
How long does delivery take?
If you place your order before 3pm you can expect to receive your purchase before 1pm the following day. There are some factors that may affect delivery time such as stock availability or if we have to order a product from a supplier. In this instance we will contact you to discuss the options available. If you require your purchase for a specific date, especially during busy times such as Christmas and Valentine’s Day, we strongly recommend that you place your order well in advance. Can I place an order from overseas?
Yes, you can place an order from overseas but there will be a small shipping charge. Furthermore the card details much be registered to the billing address. All oversees purchases will be charged in £ Sterling.
How can I pay for my purchase?
We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit, Amex, Maestro and PayPal. For items over £350 you can opt to use our finance options and spread your payments over convenient interest free instalments. CLICK HERE to find out more about our payment options.
Can I check the status of my order?
If you have created an account you can track your order. Simply log-in to My Account and click on Show/Hide Previous orders and you’ll be able to view the status of all your orders. Our Concept to Creation function allows you to track your bespoke order at all stages through the manufacturing process, simply tick the Concept to Creation button at the checkout.
Can I have my item delivered to one of your Yorkshire stockists?
Yes, with our ‘Click and Collect’ service you can collect your order from any of our stockists. Furthermore if you would prefer to try an item on before you buy, our concierge service can arrange for it to be sent to your nearest stockist boutique. Find out more about ‘Click and Collect’.
How will my purchase be packaged?
We offer a FREE gift wrapping service with every MI purchase. Your item comes beautifully wrapped in our luxurious bespoke Michael Isaac packaging. Our MI Bespoke items come in bespoke packaging which includes your very own brochure detailing how your particular item was brought to life from concept to creation along with a certificate of authenticity, a valuation certificate, any relevant laboratory diamond grading reports and a polishing cloth.
Can I return or exchange an item?
We hope you take as much pleasure in your Michael Isaac jewellery as we had in creating it, however if you decide that you would prefer to exchange or return your item(s), we will accept goods returned within 14 days of receipt of delivery.Unfortunately this policy does not apply to items that have been specially made or modified in any way.
