Delivery Policy

We appreciate just how precious your Michael Isaac purchase is and we take every precaution to ensure that it arrives in the perfect condition that it left our studio in; to achieve this, we use Royal Mail tracked services, which require a signature upon delivery.

UK Delivery
FREE for all online orders - FREE for all online orders

In the majority of instances we only deliver to your registered billing address, however we are able to provide delivery to an alternative address in some instances and at our discretion. Interest free and PayPal orders are sent strictly to registered billing addresses only.

You may also collect your item directly from our studio in Yorkshire.

Europe Delivery
£15 for all online orders - Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.

Once your jewellery has been created, you can expect delivery within 3-5 working days.

We are only able to deliver to countries where Royal Mail coverage exists. There are certain items that we're unable to send to a select few listed countries, please see here.

For European orders we only deliver to the registered billing address.

International Delivery
£25 for all online orders - Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.

Once your jewellery has been created, you can expect delivery within 5-7 working days.

We are only able to deliver to countries where Royal Mail coverage exists. There are certain items that we're unable to send to a select few listed countries, please see here.

For Worldwide orders we only deliver to the registered billing address.

Customs & Import Charges

Appropriate customs or import duties are your responsibility and are charged upon delivery. Customs policies differ significantly between countries, and we're re unable to control how much these charges may be. Check with your customs office for further information.

PayPal orders will only be processed once we've ve received confirmation from PayPal that the order will be delivered to your official PayPal address.

When ordering in the run up to bank holidays (particularly the Christmas period) please prepare for the limited postal service by providing sufficient time and ordering in advance.

Where deliveries are impacted by events beyond our control (e.g. adverse weather) we can only promise that we'll endeavour to ensure your order is delivered as soon as is possible.

Returns Policy

We hope you take as much pleasure in your Michael Isaac jewellery as we had in creating it, however if you decide that you would prefer to exchange or return your item(s), we will accept goods returned within 28 days of receipt of delivery (excluding original delivery charge). We recommend that you inspect your item thoroughly before removing tags and disposing of the original packaging.

Items that cannot be returned

Unfortunately we are unable to issue refunds on items that have been made to order or items which have been customised in any way, this includes re-sizing and engraving.

Due to hygiene grounds, we are unable to accepts returns on earrings.

How to Return your item(s)

We strongly recommend you use recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery for this. Unfortunately, MI Jewellery cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. Alternatively items may be returned in person to one of our stockists. Once you have confirmed in writing your request to return or exchange your item we will contact you with all the relevant information. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
